One for the baby book!!

I sometimes have to sit back in awe of what a two year old considers a major accomplishment, funny or exciting. Annslee of course has met many major milestones in that last 19 months we have known her. We have witnessed her taking her first steps, seeing the ocean for the first time, saying her first words (in English), swimming, riding a tricycle, potty training, etc...
This morning I was able to witness another "first" She realized she could stop and start her pee pee stream. She would yell "stop" and then laugh and start it again. She has done this each time she has gone to the potty today and finds it just as funny as the first time she did it. Oh, the joy of being TWO!

This picture is not from today (it was taken in October 2006) but it was the only potty photo I had : )

*my apologies to those who may think this is TMI ; )

Glenys learned she could do that too, stopping and starting. We have to read on the potty for the poo job.

That is seriously funny. Love how kids can get such joy from such "simple" things!

Naah-not TMI:) So funny to discover what one can do. This just cracked me up--We've been struggling with the poop on the potty--I never thought of reading(surprised Daddy didn't;)) I'll have to try that.

OMG...that is way too funny! I only wish we could start with Francesca's potty training, but with her medical condition as it stands...it isn't going to happen for some time (I am really hoping after her drs appointment this coming July we know something more).

Annslee is just way too funny. You can see she is truly one very happy little girl!

That's hilarious! The other day, while Hannah was sitting on the potty, she took a long thin piece of toilet paper and started dipping it into the toilet bowl---when I asked her what she was doing, she "I'm fishing!"
