The stuff that dreams are made of

We headed out tonight on a mission~ I told her we were going to a "Ti*tans party" but that was all we told her b/c we weren't sure if he would actually show up. Yes, I called, talked to his "handler" but still....

We got there and she and daddy got pics made with the shark

She rode the carousel three times!

and then we headed over to watch the show and watch for HIM to show up. Daddy went to the other side b/c he saw the cheerleaders coming in, I was looking all around and then I heard from Annslee "HEY T*RAC!!" Yep, he was right beside us!!! To say she was thrilled would be an understatement!

She grabbed her T*Rac to show him and then reached up to kiss him : )

When he knelt down she was suddenly spooked by him... he is really huge in person so I only got a pic of him alone. She still LOVED him though and kept waving and yelling "hey T*Rac" over and over. We didn't have "passes" to be inside the ropes but he was so sweet and gave her A LOT of attention
Yeah, this is the face we saw over and over as she kept talking about seeing the "real T*Rac" At one point I asked her if she knew he was going to be at the party? She quickly said "Yes, Annslee love him" Daddy and I smiled thinking this is how much she believes that Mommy and Daddy can just make her dreams come true : )

Oh, he also took the time to sign her football!

The icing on the cake...the cheerleaders. They were signing posters for kids who were "invited" by the TV station but Miss A just went under the ropes, gave each a huge kiss and hug and they of course were then at her beck and call : ) She of course told them she is learning cheers from Ms. Stacy.

Tonight as she and I were cuddling and chatting she kept saying "T*Rac, cheer, Annslee, love" over and over...yeah, wonder what she is dreaming of right now!

Birthday cont.

Gigi sent a birthday package to daddy but of course it included some goodies for Annslee : ) She LOVES getting a box on the front porch : )

She is helping Daddy read his card from Mommy (yes, he has a HM balloon courtesy of Miss A~ but she now says it is hers LOL)

She then asked where her card to Daddy was so I had to go get it and remind her that she already gave it to him

Look at the happy birthday boy with his princess!

Yesterday morning she helped make pancakes and T*Rac helped with the mixing :)

Daddy went to the game today (he didn't tell Annslee as she would NOT have been happy) and we are 4-0 BABY!!!!

Birthday Weekend

Daddy's birthday is Sunday and Annslee has been more excited than anyone else about it. For the past month when I ask her what daddy wants for his birthday she always says "fowers" He always gives her flowers for her birthday or Valen*tine's so of course he needed them too (so sweet)

She also knew he needed this!!

While we waited for him to get home she made him a card~ I think she did a great job writing it : )

He finally arrived and she is telling him she wants some of the icing

He said something like not until after dinner and she is saying "Yeeeeessssss"

She won of course : )

I have a feeling we will be "birthdaying it up" all weekend!

Ticklish Teeth!

Guess who went to the dentist for the first time today?? She woke up and started crying just thinking about it. I kept telling her she didn't even know what a dentist did so why was she crying? She was not happy as we got into the car and then the office. They had a lobby full of games and so she was soon distracted. Her only hope was for a pink toothbrush as a prize : )

They called her back and she hopped in the chair. She said "really cool" as it was laid back and made to go up! Here she is practicing opening her mouth wide LOL

They were so sweet and the hygenist explained everything she was going to do. She let Annslee feel the air, water, etc... and Miss A thought it was so funny

OK...I'm ready!!

She was very good during the exam but kept saying everything tickled. They had to tell her to hold still b/c she was laughing and moving as her teeth were being brushed. She told Annslee she wish every patient was a good as she was. Of course Annslee said "tank you" and when she said no thank you...Annslee corrected her and said "no, say welcome" LOL

No cavities!!! They said she must do a great job brushing as her teeth look great. The other good thing is the dentist said her putting her fingers in her mouth hasn't done anything to her bite : )
She got a toothbrush (not pink but she was satisfied with the CA*RS one after she traded for the girl car) and a balloon announcing she was good for the dentist!

I am so proud of my brave girl!

My funny girl

Annslee has always been so expressive. At first we thought it was because she was so language delayed and frankly we worried she would lose her great expressions once her language caught on. Well, she hasn't : )

I have no idea what she was thinking as she drank her water LOL

Looks like she isn't the only one concerned about this face painting

Speaking of language delays we had a moment at the fun zone where she was in tears and I almost was. She kept telling me something that she wanted and I could not understand her~ I kept "guessing" and she was so upset. I don't know how I finally got it but she was saying polar bear and referring to the picture she colored at school and wanted to give Mia. Here she is after handing it to Mia and looking at me saying "mama, polar bear!" Any of you who have children with language delays can totally relate to how upsetting this was for both of us.

Can you guess who was on the field?

She really, really LOVES him

She had to get out of her seat for a closer look!

It was T*Rac!!! She loves that crazy mascot : ) She yells "Go T*Rac about a hundred times during the game

She was so excited to find that the fireworks weren't as loud as she usually thinks they are

Apparently she really enjoyed watching them go off when we scored...I love how animated she is about it!

Jenny snapped this one of her just enjoying the game with her friends

You can barely see Mia's hand but I love how she is sharing a laugh with her friend~ looks like it was a pretty funny story!

My best friends

Yay..our team is now 3-0!!! As great as that is it is not the best part of today's game. As Annslee put it~ she was with her best friends Mia and Paige

Nothing like running through with your sparkly earrings on!

There was a lot of hand holding going on today~ and we had to stop for ice cream on the way to the fun zone

These three had so much fun together! They are so beautiful of course and so we got a lot of looks from people. I always like walking behind them so I can see others looking and I did hear a lot of "oh, how precious, etc..." I felt like saying..yeah, I know!

She got a little tired and had to rest on daddy's shoulders (noon is her nap time) and he didn't mind a bit

She perked back up the the game of course. I had to laugh when I noticed the face on the boy behind them. I think he is saying "what's the big deal" b/c I was being the mamarazzi!

Sharing a lemonade : )

Even at a ballgame you have to make sure you keep your lipgloss on~who knows when the camera might pan to you and you will be on TV

This guy with a jersey that read "Flame" intrigued Miss A. She was afraid at first but then loved him. I had to go get my camera and then find him again but the squeals from her were worth it. She would have hung out with him all day and he was so sweet with her
After the game the girls were carried to the car in style!

Annslee was entertained the whole way home talking to Paige on the phone. They would call each other, chat, hang up and do it again. They were laughing so hard and loud!

Yeah, she is tired and well, stinky (hey, it was hot out) so it is bathtime and then off to books and bed : )

I have a ton of pics of her different expressions during the game and they are so funny...I didn't want to make this post super long so I will give them a post of their own later : )
