On Sunday when she and I felt good we went to an Egg Hunt~ well, really a "toss eggs on the ground and let them scramble for them"

She loved seeing the Bunny!

She got a ton of eggs and did it "being nice to her friends" ~ in other words not fighting for eggs like some do!

This particular "hunt" has an adult one too. It was CRAZY...I swear the "adults" were literally grabbing them from each other's hands and fighting over them...guess I know where the kids learn it. There are good prizes in the eggs (gift cert, etc...) but still! I played nice and got ONE egg with a piece of candy in it. Annslee couldn't believe it...all the way home she said "it ok Mommy, I teach you how to find eggs" : )
We got home and Annslee hid eggs for me to learn with and we went inside to find Coby and Daddy and found them with buckets on their heads...well, Coby wouldn't keep his on.

Hmmmm...Annslee ran back outside to hunt and he thought he wasn't getting to join in! Seriously, how pitiful is the holding his bucket and looking at the front door she just ran out.

She actually found this egg at school but wanted to throw it away b/c it has Spon*ge Bob on it and she doesn't like him...that's my girl!!

No worries...cutie pie made it outside to play and cheer us on as Daddy and I learned to hunt from "the master"

Today this is what I saw~ Coby was pushing Annslee around ~ she loved the ride and he loved it too

We got some cute clothes from Paige this weekend and this hat was accidently in there (it still fits Paige) Miss A had to wear it of course!!

Look what Annslee got on Sunday...a new bike!! She needed a bigger one and this 16" is perfect for her to grow with. It is a Tin*kerbell one but most importantly has Silver*mist on it : ) She has ridden it around the house for two days and even though it was chilly this morning we had to go outside. She helped air up the tires first : )

Trying to run me over is always a highlight!

She has been the best little doctor in the world this week! She will come up to me and Daddy and say "sorry you no feel better" and give us a kiss and rub our belly. She has drawn us the sweetest "surprise" pictures to make us well. I feel bad that her Spring Break has been a drag so far but on the way to bed tonight she said "Mommy another best day ever!" AWWWWWWW...LOVE HER!!!!

Oooh, sorry to hear about the yucky stomachs. I hope you guys are feeling top notch soon. I love to see photos of Annslee and Coby playing together. What sweet siblings.
You know, I still have the gifts for Annslee and Coby that I was supposed to mail to you right after your return from VN. I know, I'm AWFUL! Since they're Christmas-y, I'm hoping I'll feel like I'm getting them to you early if I mail them before December! haha. I really do have good intentions. Does that count?
How sweet she is - teaching you to hunt. Hee hee.
Another best day! She has such a great outlook!
Sorry to hear you've been sick... that's never any fun.
As usual, great pictures!
I LOVE how Annslee will teach you how to find eggs! lol! And Coby is just tooooo CUTE!!!
Hope you all are feeling better these days...stomach bugs are the WORST!! Might as well be a "real one in your tummy!" lol!
Love that new bike!!
Sorry to hear y'all have been sick, I hope everyone is well soon. I just love your sweet kids, their pictures always make me smile. Actually, the one of Annslee with the SpongeBob egg made me laugh out loud! I don't like him either!
The pictures are so pretty! lol Bailey was concerned over the one where Coby is crying.
Awww sorry that you've all been sick. Poor Annslee throwing up in her Easter bucket!
I meant to comment on your last post and never got around to it, but I wanted to say that Coby is looking SO great in these recent photos. His face is filling out and he looks so happy and healthy. I can really see the difference now between the baby you brought home and the little man he is today.
This post had so many adorable pictures of Coby and Annslee...but the one with the Sponge Bob egg totoally cracked me up...that face is priceless!!
Hope you are all feeling better and are able to enjoy your Easter Holiday!!
Lisa
loved this post. it was filled up with sweet tibits of special moments to remember.
As always...the photos are stunning.
I hope all the bugs have left the house for a good long time.
I swear Laura, the kids get cuter with each picture you take! btw, on facebook, those photos of Charlie? well, Charlie is "porkchop" (our foster son that we had hoped to adopt). His new foster mom brought him by for a visit! we are still holding out hope that he will come home someday soon...for good.
Hmm, that Easter bunny looks pretty familiar. I think he was at our mall yesterday. LOL!
Very sorry to hear about the bug making the rounds in your house. (And I don't want to know which bucket Annslee threw up in - the one on your husband's head, or the one Coby was playing with!)
I just can't get over how healthy and vibrant Coby looks these days. It's amazing what a difference a loving home can make for a child.
So cute!!!!!! Love the pictures. What a nice bike for Miss Annslee. Looks like you are ready for Easter.
Ugh....sorry about the stomach bug.
I tell ya...I don't know why but when Coby makes that pitiful little face each time he gets left out it just makes me giggle.....he is just so darn cute...
Coby is just beautiful no matter what face he makes:).
I hope the bug is all gone from your family and stays away.
I hopped over from Missy's blog to see Paige with Annslee and you have me just cracking up. Seriously cute kids! You are so blessed, but I know you know that;) I had to comment about the Sponge Bob egg, my girl would do the same thing! She will tell me when it comes on TV, "But I don't WANT Sponge Bob" Music to my ears! LOL! Just thought it was cute that Annslee doesn't care for him either ;)
