SNOW!!

Made you look~ Seriously enlarge the collage and you will see the snowflakes : ) I made my daughter get up and go out there for this??!! I told her to try and catch one on her tongue and I think you can see from the second pic she is saying "What Snow??" The last one really makes me laugh because she was finally so frustrated she just threw her hands out and came inside LOL

Make fun if you want all my Non Southern friends but I have to snap pictures when I can because this may be all we get : ) It was totally worth it for her though because her reward for humoring me was hot chocolate!

Are you sure that was snow? Kind of hard to see... LOL! I'm so glad you got some snow flakes, even if they were tiny. That's perfect January weather!

Annslee's pictures are adorable, as always. Love that expressive little face!

At first...I was thinking..."You have snow!!!" Oh, well, it's just like that in Texas. Our kids think that ice is snow! LOL

Love,
Kim & the girls!

I remember being a kid living in Atlanta the few times we'd get snow we went crazy over it! I also remember rushing my mom to get us bundled up because the dog was "using up" all the snow.

I just gotta offer, I'd be MORE than happy to pack a bunch of snow up somehow to ship off to you if you'd like, as we have more than enough. Consider it a 2-for-1, I send a bunch of snow and include the negative temps and windchill for free! Let me know when you're ready! hehehe

Those pictures are GREAT! I LOVE the last one ~ so cute!

We had a snow day today. We received two inches of snow. It still boggles my mind because when I lived in Chicago we had to get a foot for a snow day. Around here, though, the hills are quite nasty when they ice.

I hope you get a few more flurries this year. It is fun!
Happy New Year!!!

Oh my, get the snow tires out!!lol I'm sure it was fun to have that little snowfall given snow is unusual in your part of the world... why don't you come visit, you can come play in the snow and I'll enjoy the mild weather!

Love the look on Annslee's face!
I guess I'll have the same when I'll see again some grass after 6 months of snow!
But hot chocolate is a great way to celebrate it and start the new year.
All the best!

So funny. I know I live a little south of you, but we had a few flurries this morning! They weren't necessarily easy to spot all the time, but they were there. I'm hoping for a pretty snow sometime this winter, but nothing too serious.

Love the photos of your sweet girl of many faces! Happy New Year!

OK, that was good! Love her reaction to the lack of snow!

Just got caught up with all the happs with you guys - glad you had a wonderful Christmas and a good New Year's eve celebration.

It's been so fun following along with your family - can't wait to see what 2008 brings!

I live in the deep south too and we never get snow so I am not going to make fun of you at all. :)
I would be doing the EXACT same thing if I saw a few flurries like that. Love the pics and expression that Annslee has on her face. So cute! happy new year!

Oh man. I am going to rent a dump truck (or 6!), load it up with a fraction of what is in my back yard, and start driving to your house! In Minnesota, we have snow from October until May. I have had it on my birthday before, which is May 21st! Be careful what you wish for! ;-)

She is seriously cute though!

What a HOOT! Surely she's going to be an actress when she grows up!

When we moved from the South to Indiana, Ben was at school when it started to snow. He was so excited and couldn't understand why nobody else was. He also thought they would close school! NOT!
