She wasn't really that interested in the firetruck but the fireman was so nice and she finally agreed to hop in the driver's seat

After lunch we were watching a lot of kids get up and do karaoke and mostly doing Hannah Mon*tana songs and Annslee was dancing a lot. They kept asking if anyone wanted to come up and sing and A kept raising her hand. I finally told her to go on up and she DID!! She sang Itsy Bitsy Spider and it was so stinking cute : ) With all her speech delays this was a huge step for her and we were so proud!!

*Out came the sun
After church on Sunday we met up with some friends at the park for a local artisan fair. It was also our 6th wedding anniversary and we always spend it at the fair. Our reception was in this park so it has special meaning to us.
Here are the kids enjoying the wonderful weather!
Annslee particularly enjoyed her ear of corn : )

While there we ran into another friend from church and Annslee was thrilled~ he is an older man so I don't know about that hand holding LOL

We spotted a unicycle and she had to try it out

This tree was too cool to pass up

and what trip is complete without a ride on a catfish!
The weather was perfect this weekend and we had a lot of fun doing family stuff!! I honestly think she may have petted over a hundred dogs during our outings too. It is funny because we tell her she has to ask first so the second she spots one she starts saying "ask" and now when we are driving down the road if she sees one in a yard she yells "stop ask" ha ha

SO cute! Looks like you had a great weekend. Did you get video of Itsy Bitsy Spider? I'd love to hear her sing it!
Great pictures from an obviously fantastic weekend.
Thanx for sharing.

Wow, you guys had a busy, fun weekend! I so wish you had the Itsy Bitsy Spider on video for us! Sounds to me like Annslee needs a puppy... ;)
Lovely! I wish more parents would teach their children to ask. Our dogs are scared of people, yet, people think they can just pet them, and get mad when the dogs show disinterest. One of my dogs snapped at FIL last time he was here and he said he will only get bitten once (bc of course we would pt our dog down if it bit him, but I would never put a dog down bc a human did not follow instruction!!!!
The "stop ask" story is too funny! And what a brave girl to go up on stage and sing.
I'm sure her Itsy Bitsy Spider was too cute for words!!!
Love that tree at the park - awesome!
Happy 6th!
That looks like the trees in Hawaii! She is always fun!!!
I have to say that I am a little biased with the firetruck photos but the one of her eating the corn is pretty darn cute too!
what a great weekend with your sweet girl! I love the stop ask too!;)
The tree is amazing!
Looks like so much fun. Of course, Annslee ALWAYS looks like fun!
She is the cutest!!! I love her giant ear of corn and who could resist a unicycle...not me!
I have been thinking about you a lot and sending all of my good and loving vibes your way. Hope you are feeling them : )
Oh, the prissy-pot pictures! I love her look over the shoulder in the firetruck and the little bent wrist in the photo with her church friend. What a girl! Little Anslee just loves life. She's such a happy girly!
What a great time! And how awesome about Annslee singing up there!!
Please tell me, for your sake, that this child of yours is completely exhausted by the end of the day!! lol!! WOW!!! She's got a TON of energy! Can I borrow some...for ME?? lol!
Oh she is so adorable! I love the pictures. Livi is speech delayed and I get so excited when I hear her speech improving.
